Standard Bookings

If you would like to make a standard booking at The Jade Teahouse calling in advance is highly recommended as we do book out very quickly. Please see The Jade Teahouse Menu to view.

Standard booking times go for 1.5 hours. We recommend making a booking to secure a table as we cannot always guarantee a spot for walk ins.

Standard bookings have a corkage charge of $2.50pp for BYO alcohol, and cakeage charge of $2.50pp

Each High Tea & pot of tea is per person, we don’t allow sharing while dining in the Teahouse.

High-Teas

The Jade Teahouse has scheduled times for weekend High Tea bookings (Saturday and Sunday).

These time slots are for 2 hours, and are as follows:

• 9:30am - 11:30am

• 12:00pm - 2:00pm

• 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Monday to Friday - We are more flexible with booking times for High Teas. Please refer to The Jade Teahouse Menu to view our specialty High Teas.

Mothers Day Only specialty High Teas will be $65pp

Prices for High Teas:

$60pp for Adults

$45pp for Teen

$35pp for Children

High tea bookings are essential.

Children’s High Tea Parties

Set booking times are:

. 9am - 10:30am

. 9:30am - 11am

. 10am - 11:30am

Children’s High Tea parties are allocated a booking time of 1.5 hours. We allow a maximum of 10 children for our high tea parties. Feel free to bring your own party hats, party bags or table games.

We take a $10 deposit at the time of booking for all our High Teas. This charge is deducted from the total price on the day of your booking.

At the time of your booking, we will book an extra table for you. This will allow you to sit and enjoy a lovely pot of tea while chatting with your guest.

Teen’s High Tea Parties

  Set booking times are:

. 9:30am - 11:30am

. 2:30am -4:30pm

Teen’s High Tea parties are allocated booking time of 2hours. We allow a maximum of 14 children for our High Tea parties.

At the time of your booking, we will book an extra table for you, as we do require you to stay on premises. This will allow you to sit and enjoy a lovely pot of tea while chatting with your guest.

We take a $10pp deposit at the time of booking for all of our High Teas. This charge is deducted from the total price on the day of your booking.

Deposits are non refundable and can be transferred to an alternate date or claimed as a gift card..

please note, if you’r not able to attend on the day of you booking, please call us before you’r booked time. you will need to allow at least 1hr before your High Tea time slot to do so. Your $10 deposit is non refundable and will not be transferred. Please call on 029540 2018 and leave a voice msg or inform one of the staff before your booking.

Groups of 17 and over is classed as a function booking.

There is a $2250 is a flat rate charge for bookings of up to 30 people. Any extra guests over 30 people will be charged at $65 per head.

High teas are placed in the middle of the table on a shared tiered platter, depending on dietary requirements. A hot drink of choice is included in the high tea charge; any extra beverages will be charged accordingly.

Jugs of soft drink or juice are charged at $10 per jug. BYO (champagne, wine, or beer) and/or cakeage is included in the flat rate charge.

We do not allow any specialty drinks, soft drinks, or dishes brought from off premises as it is a food health safety policy. Celebration cakes are an exception to this rule, and are welcome.

Booking functions are for a maximum of 2 hours, however, if you wish to add any extra time to your booking, this is charged at $150 per half hour and is only available for the 2:30pm time slot. 

If you are booking a table up to 16 guests for a bridal shower or baby shower, we do not allow games of any sort to be played on the balcony as we have other patrons that will be seated in the same area and need to respect all guests.

We do not split bills over 10 people.
